How do your limited edition drops work?
We release collections in limited quantities to ensure exclusivity. Once an item is sold out, it is rarely restocked, making every piece a unique part of our brand history.
Where do you ship and what are the delivery times?
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How should I care for my derschutze garments?
To preserve the quality of the embroidery and fabric, we recommend washing items inside out on a cold cycle and hanging them to air dry. Avoid tumble drying and direct ironing on designs.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
