At derschutze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the derschutze authenticity cards are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
